Terms of use

These are the rules for using PremierModels. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Premier Models is operated by Premier Models LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Premier Models LLC.

How we handle your information is covered separately in our privacy notice.

1. Who may use Premier Models

You must be at least 18 years old. We ask for your date of birth when you register and refuse anyone under 18. This relies on what you tell us; we do not verify identity documents. Giving a false date of birth to get an account is a breach of these terms and we will close the account.
One account per person. Don't share your account, and don't let anyone else use it.
Joining is free. Paid tiers add capability — see the membership page.

2. Your account

Signing in requires your password and a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe — they are how you get back in if you lose access to your email.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at help@premiermodels.com if you think someone else has access to it.
If you had an account on the previous version of the site, it has no password until you claim it, which requires control of the registered email address.
No scraping or automated access. Don't use bots, crawlers or scripts to collect member data, register accounts, or send messages. Don't try to get around the site's limits or security.

3. Your content, and what we may do with it

What you upload stays yours. We don't claim ownership of your photos, your writing or your résumé.

To show your work to other members we need your permission to do so. By posting content you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and reproduce it for the purpose of operating Premier Models — which includes generating the resized and reformatted copies the site serves to different screens, and showing your work in site features such as Discover, Explore, Showcase and contests you enter.

That licence goes no further. It does not let us sell your work, license it to anyone else, or use it in advertising off the site. It ends when you remove the content, except for copies already made in backups and for anything we must keep for moderation records.

You must have the right to post what you post. If a photographer holds the copyright in an image, you need their permission before it goes on your profile. If you believe someone has posted your work without permission, email help@premiermodels.com and we will take it down.

4. Content rules

No adult content. Nudity and sexually explicit material are not allowed anywhere on the site, in profiles, portfolios, messages or the forum.

Also not allowed: harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonating someone else, posting anyone's private information, spam or unsolicited advertising, anything unlawful, and anything designed to break the site.

5. Reporting and moderation

Any member can report a profile, photo or forum post.
Once three different members report the same item it is hidden automatically, pending review. Staff then either uphold the report — it stays hidden — or dismiss it, and it comes back.
A profile placed under review is hidden from other members, but you are never locked out of your own account. That's deliberate: it means a group of people acting together can't lock you out of the site or stop you replying.
Blocking works both ways. If you block someone, neither of you can contact the other.

6. Membership and payment

Paid tiers unlock capability — more photos, seeing who viewed your profile, starting real-time chat, posting casting calls, browsing anonymously. The current list is on the membership page, which is the authoritative version.
Payment is handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep your benefits until the period you've paid for ends.
Charges already taken are not automatically refunded. If something has gone wrong, email help@premiermodels.com and we'll look at it.
If a paid membership lapses while you have more photos than the free tier allows, we do not delete anything. Your photos stay exactly where they are; you simply can't add new ones until you're back under the limit or you renew.
We may change what tiers cost or include. If we do, we'll tell you before it affects a subscription you already have.

7. Work arranged between members

Premier Models is where people find each other. Any booking, shoot, payment or agreement you make with another member is between the two of you, off this site. We are not a party to it.

We don't employ, represent, screen, background-check or vet members, and posting a casting call is not an endorsement of whoever posted it. We don't guarantee that anyone is who they say they are, that work offered is genuine, or that anyone will turn up, pay, or behave professionally.

Please take the same precautions you would with any stranger: meet somewhere public where you can, tell someone where you're going, bring a chaperone if you want one, and get the terms of a job in writing before you do it. If something feels wrong, it probably is — report the member and tell us.

8. Suspending and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may remove content that does.
You can stop using the site whenever you like, and you can delete your content yourself.
Be aware of what "delete" means here. Deleting content or an account removes it from view and stops it being served, but the underlying record is retained in our database rather than erased — see the privacy notice. If you want your data genuinely erased, email us and we'll do it by hand.

9. The site itself

We work to keep Premier Models running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we don't guarantee that content posted by members is accurate, lawful or safe.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or lost opportunities, or for anything arising out of dealings between members. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if a change materially affects your rights we'll tell members directly rather than expecting you to re-read the page. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of Premier Models, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
