Some things are faster on your own

• Locked out? Reset your password, or use one of the recovery codes you saved when your account was set up.
• Coming back to the site? Claim your account — your profile and photos are still here.
• Someone bothering you? Block them from their profile, or use the Report link on the profile, photo or post. You don't need to email us first.
• General questions are usually answered in the FAQ.

Reporting something serious

If you think a member is under 18, use Report → Under 18 on their profile — that is the fastest route and goes to the top of our review queue.

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, involves a minor, or puts someone at risk, email help@premiermodels.com with the exact page address and we will prioritise it.
