MICHAEL [4/22/2008 5:50:01 PM] : In response to Jennifer's comments.... By working out you will most likely burn fat, and build muscle. Many people don't realize that muscle tissue is the most thermogenicaly active tissue in the human body. This means, the more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn both while working out and at rest. Also, you should not worry about "losing weight" when your working out, because yes, muscle is more dense than fat, and therefore actually weighs more. You could go down a size, and weigh more than before, just based on the amount of muscle you've developed, and where on your body you've put it. I hope this helps a little, and if ya'll have questions, feel free to ask me :)
AMBER ROBERTS [1/26/2008 4:38:05 PM] : Exercise! 5-6 days a week is good at least 30 mins a day! Stay away from meats (fish is okay) Stay away from breads and pasta and sugars (Unless its fruit that has natural sugar). Coffee/caffeine STAY AWAY FROM! Drink a lot of water DAILY!
JENNIFER [1/14/2008 1:54:58 PM] : I saw something on the news last night about the government changing the food pyramid and stuff... They also mentioned that if you are trying to lose weight, then you should get 60-90 minutes of exercise a day. But you also have to cut back on calories. If you exercise, though, and build muscle, you'll most likely gain weight, but muscle takes up less room then fat. So just measure your weightloss by how your clothes fit. Oh, and don't eat/drink empty calories, either, such as soda.
JENNASIS [ 11/14/2008 2:59:43 PM ] : hey i need to lose about 20lbs is there a safe way of doing this and for it to be in a quick time
