I'm sympathetic to the starving artist syndrome and will consider lowering my rates or doing a partial TFP if your budget won't allow you to hire me at the normal rate. My straight up rates start at $200/hr, but don't hesitate to inquire if that's too steep for you... if I like the project, I might bend a little!
