[8/18/2008 8:10:56 PM] : Real modeling work is acquired through agencies. Managers are not necessary and often illegal (depending on the state you live). Seek an agency that is licensed and bonded - licensed agencies are not allowed to take any upfront fees from you, they may not sell you classes or photo shoots. Real agencies make money by a small commission from work they arrange for you.
